Your Rights & Responsibilities

K77 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online entertainment and betting service for users in Bangladesh and internationally. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between k77 and its users.

In this agreement, "user", "you", or "member" refers to any individual who is registered or intending to register on k77. By using any k77 service, you automatically agree to these terms.

K77 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided via registered email or a site announcement. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register on k77, you must provide your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Registering with false information gives us the right to close the account, and any balance held in that account may be forfeited.

For security purposes, k77 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, k77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all bonuses. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as a violation of this policy.

K77 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily withdrawal limits may vary depending on your VIP level.

Before processing a withdrawal request, k77 verifies that the associated deposit has met its wagering requirements. For deposits made with a bonus, the withdrawal process will not begin until wagering is complete.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for the original deposit. For unusual transactions, k77 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal pending further verification.

All k77 bonuses and promotional offers come with their own terms and conditions. As a general rule, any bonus received must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before it can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are generally 20x to 30x.
• Cashback is withdrawable directly with no wagering requirements.
• Winnings from free spins may be subject to wagering requirements.
• Each promotion can only be used once per account.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

If bonus abuse is suspected, k77 reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, void the bonus and any associated winnings. Bonus abuse includes creating multiple accounts, claiming bonuses using false information, or engaging in money laundering activities.

All k77 games are supplied by licensed third-party providers and run on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

If a game ends abnormally due to a technical error, k77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or determine the correct outcome. In the event of an internet disconnection during a game, the result recorded on the server will be considered final.

For Sports Betting, bets placed before a match begins may only be cancelled under specific conditions. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k77 and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Using an account if you are under 18, or playing on behalf of a minor.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Using software or bots to operate games.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Harassing or being abusive toward other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, k77 may suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities without prior warning.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. To do so, Help Center contact us. We recommend withdrawing any eligible balance before closing your account.

K77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Upon self-application under Responsible Gaming.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonuses earned and related winnings may be forfeited. However, personal funds (amounts you deposited yourself) will be returned, unless they are linked to any illegal activity.

K77 is an entertainment platform. Wins and losses are a natural part of gaming, and k77 is not liable for them. k77's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming.
• Service disruptions caused by internet or technical issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from theft of a user's account credentials.

That said, we are committed to continuously improving our service and resolving any issues promptly. If you have a complaint, Help Center let us know.
